The goal for this group is provide a friendly environment for organizing backcountry skiing trips. All levels of skiers are welcome, although in order to participate at any events, you MUST have at least AST 1 avalanche training! In respect of your technical abilities it is expected of you to be able to ski any type of black runs from Whistler, for example.
